Warranty Policy

1. In case of warranty:

– The product is within the warranty period.

-Products are warranted according to the provisions of the supplier

– You present the warranty card when bringing the goods to the warranty.

2. Cases not covered by warranty:

– The product has expired or lost the warranty card.

-Warranty card does not specify product code and date of purchase

-Product code and warranty card do not match or cannot be identified for any reason.

– The product is scratched due to long-term use

– The product is dented, deformed due to impact

-Customers arbitrarily interfere with the product’s machine or take it to another place for repair.

3. Conditions of exchange or 100% refund.

– The product is defective by the manufacturer upon receipt

-The product is not the same as the product you ordered on the company’s website.
